What to Expect
Each bottle of wine will be brought by attendees to be enjoyed, evaluated, and judged. The hosts will receive the wine upon entry and place them in numbered bags. The wine will then be “blind” poured in a tasting format. Each attendee will be able to grade the color, nose, and taste of each wine.

1
Preparation
Please bring a bottle of your favorite red or white wine to share in the tasting ($50 minimum).
Please do not bring:
Sparkling, Desert, or Sweet wines like Riesling, Sauternes, Moscato or Eiswein (Ice Wine)
*These wines will not be entered into the competition.
2
Welcome
Our gracious hosts, Mike and Chris Kosinski, will introduce the concept of the event and explain the process.

Attendees will be educated on how to taste wine—examining color, nose, and flavors to get the most out of the experience.
3
Tasting
Attendees are encouraged to taste the wines at their own pace and preference. There will be a variety of reds and whites to choose from.
Gourmet food and charcuterie will be available, along with bottled water (GF and DF friendly options included).
Which wine will be the best?
Attendees will score each wine they taste. Prizes will be awarded to the participants that brought the winning red and white wines.

There will also be a raffle for a gift basket with wines donated from Goldschmidt Vineyards.
Tickets can be purchased for $50 each to enter into the raffle.

What shall we toast to?
Every glass poured helps move our Brighter Future campaign forward, extending our reach into lives and communities beyond the room. This wine tasting is meant to be experienced together, with room to notice what you’re drinking, who you’re sitting beside, and the small moments that make nights memorable.

It’s an evening for all who enjoy wine, but even more for those who know it's better enjoyed together.
