Carlos has committed his career to serving students and families in Siguatepeque, carrying the values of faith and education he learned growing up in Atima, Santa Bárbara. His path took him from studying education at 15 to studying Bible and Theology, and into more than eight years as a coordinator and counselor in the Department of Student Guidance and Wellbeing.

His years of guiding students and families are now helping him shape the next generation of scholars. He supports the coordinators working with middle school, high school, and university students, leads devotionals, disciples students, and walks alongside families. For Carlos, this work is his calling, guiding young people toward Christ while helping families find hope and opportunity.

Faith has carried Carlos through hard seasons too. During his second year of seminary, illness and financial hardship threatened to end his education, until an elderly man from California he'd never met stepped in to support him financially. He still points to that moment as proof of God's provision.

Carlos is supported by his wife, Ammy Natalia, and their daughters, Nathaly and Grace, who remain the center of his life outside work and ministry.
