mike de carlo

Mike has owned and operated an underground utility construction company since 2012, building his career on a hands-on, old-school approach to hard work, accountability, and getting the job done right. He sees his work in construction as more than a profession. For Mike, it's a way to serve others. He and his wife, Haley, share a passion for missionary work and are committed to serving the community in Honduras together.

Mike first visited Just One International in the summer of 2023, and the trip left a lasting mark on his heart. It changed his perspective on life and purpose. The people of Siguatepeque have taught him invaluable lessons, and he's committed to giving back in every way he can. Above all, he hopes to help lead others toward Jesus Christ, in obedience to the calling of Matthew 28:19.
